ABOUT THE ROLEAs Associate Manager, Paid Social, you will play an impactful role within Peloton's dynamic Media team. You will be the driving force behind the performance and execution of our paid social campaigns across key platforms such as Meta, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and Reddit, among others. QA campaigns/ads, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to exceed targetsCraft comprehensive weekly reports, and distill performance insights into actionable next steps. Linked In and Reddit experience is a plusPrior experience overseeing acquisition, retail, or e‑commerce campaigns with clear resultsCollaborative spirit and a track record of working effectively with teams, including Marketing, Creative, and AnalyticsUnderstanding of and practical experience in crafting and implementing brand lift, conversion lift, A/B and multivariate testing methodologiesAbility to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendationsConsistent history of leading and balancing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, showcasing organizational and prioritization abilitiesSignificant expertise in media‑specific spreadsheet functionalities, including use of pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and relevant media formulas for data manipulation and analysisClear and comprehensive understanding of media pacing, flighting strategies, and the nuances of managing channel‑specific budgetsExperience presenting to small groups, including Director+ and cross‑functional stakeholders is preferredFamiliarity and proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, and Slides)Experience creating media‑specific agentic work streams is a bonusBase Salary RangeThe base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters.
