Brief and Creative Development • Work directly with Maverick Studios (our internal creative agency) and Anomaly (our agency of record) to lead the development of digital and social advertising • Lead the development of briefs and briefing meetings • Evaluate creative to ensure it aligns with the brief and program objectives • Give strategic, clear and actionable written and verbal creative feedback • Lead the development of lo-fi social assets from concepting through production • Partner with cross-functional teams and creative agencies to ensure consistency across various advertising touchpoints • Provide recommendations on creative rotations and communications strategies • Be the source of social platform best practices, trends and competitive knowledge • Work with Maverick, MS&P and Biddable to traffic creative • Present creative in creative tabletops • Support advertising managers on 360 omni-channel programs (recapping creative feedback, competitive research for activation window briefs, leading food orders for productions etc.) Requirements: • 4 Year Degree Preferred • 3-6 Years of experience in Marketing • Team player; collaborative, trustworthy • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to provide thoughtful, clear and actionable strategic feedback on creative • Understanding of current media landscape • Ability to set goals, determine priorities, plan, organize and follow through on assigned responsibilities • Excellent project management skills • Ability to make recommendations and decisions in a timely manner • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
