We are looking for a savvy, passionate Associate Manager, Paid Search who is excited about data-driven growth, sustainability, and beauty! Build and execute Google/Bing campaigns including keyword research, campaign structuring, audience targeting, A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimizationLead testing methodologies for search and shopping campaigns, including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy, and landing page experimentsDrive results to achieve key performance KPIs, including return on ad spend (ROAS), while continuously optimizing campaignsOversee Google ads budget allocation and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with overall business goalsPrepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendationsPartner closely with cross-functional teams such as Creative, Ecomm, Influencer, and Paid Social to drive best practices, identify testing opportunities and develop roadmapsPartner with strategic cross-functional teams to support GTM plans for upcoming product launchesStay updated with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in search marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective 3+ years of search marketing experience with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable resultsProficiency in Google and Bing ads platform Proven expertise with Google/Bing Merchant CenterExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practicesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insightsCreative problem-solver with a proactive and results-driven mindsetOrganized with exceptional time management skillsMust be willing to fall in love with our products, meditate with our team and have fun while we work!
