Associate - Marketing | Cyber Campaign Marketer

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Associate to join our Consulting Services Marketing team. In this role, you will support the strategic development, execution, and measurement of B2B marketing campaigns for our cutting-edge Cyber offering portfolio.

The ideal candidate is a quick learner with foundational experience in B2B professional services marketing who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You will coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into impactful marketing activations that drive brand awareness and market demand.

Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Support & Execution


Assist in developing integrated B2B campaign plans through market research, competitor analysis, and strategic ideation.


Manage and coordinate marketing activations across multiple extended teams to bring campaigns to life.


Content & Communications


Draft engaging social media copy to support campaigns and executive stakeholders.


Review and proofread content and creative assets to ensure consistent quality, brand alignment, and messaging


Event Management


Support the planning, logistics, and on-site activation of key industry events and conferences.


Measurement & Reporting


Monitor ongoing campaign performance against target metrics and recommend optimization strategies.


Develop comprehensive post-campaign analyses (ROI reports) and document key lessons learned.


Team Operations


Support operational processes across the team to maintain seamless collaboration

Qualifications:


1+ years relevant experience in marketing or communications


Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.


Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable drafting professional copies and presenting ideas clearly to team leaders.


Bachelor's degree in marketing or related discipline


Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm


Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts


Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are preferred


Limited immigration sponsorship may be available


Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $54,500 to $90,800.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
