Associate Marketing Manager

We are looking for a multi-dimensional Associate Marketing Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Integrated Marketing Manager, you will collaborate across teams to bring campaigns to life across paid, earned, and owned channels. This role is ideal for a junior to mid-level marketer who enjoys working across multiple facets of marketing—from campaign execution to performance analysis—and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and webLaunch, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, DSPs, CTV)Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to improve resultsManage campaign budgets, track spend, and assist with budget reportingWork with Analytics & Campaign Managers to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across channels, including conversion tracking and attributionCollaborate with internal teams to develop and deploy digital assets, website updates, and email campaigns while ensuring the accuracy of outputs for each channelSupport website performance optimization and SEO initiatives to improve traffic and engagementAssist with marketing analytics, reporting, and data validation as neededSupport marketing automation and MarTech platforms as neededStay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices As such, we are invested in the growth and development of everyone who comes through our doors, so that each of us can make the greatest impact on the world we share.
