Associate, Marketing Operations Specialist

Overview

The Associate, Marketing Operations Specialist plays a key role in managing Acxiom's audience distribution data practice. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of client first-party data assets and the creation of custom audiences while monitoring overall utilization to support financial tracking. This role is essential in collaborating with internal and external business teams, product groups, and ad operations to gather requirements, develop actionable plans, and execute effective data strategies.

What You Will Do

Engage with agency client teams, Data Strategy, and Insights teams to understand and clarify client data needs related to audience creation and activation.Serve as a liaison across teams to ensure strategic and technological alignment, maximizing the effectiveness and value of client data assets.Track and report on client data intake and activation/syndication, including managing ad hoc data requests on a client-by-client basis.Collaborate with client strategists and activation partners to establish processes for audience utilization and monitor relevant financial metrics.Work closely with Product Management and Ad Operations to guarantee that data pipelines facilitate the efficient activation of client data and measurement of KPIs.Partner with the Finance team to accurately track and document usage across agencies, as well as facilitate billing processes for audience-related activities.What You Will Have

Bachelor's Degree Required.At least 2 years of experience in digital media planning or media analytics, with a strong understanding of DSPs, DMPs, trading desks, or addressable audience segmentation.Proven experience in developing new processes from the ground up and implementing them across various organizations.Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex procedures.Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables and chart making).Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while quickly learning and applying new concepts and tools.Note: This position is not eligible for any type of sponsorship.
