Performs sales, marketing, and consulting functions via telephone and computer to develop, implement, maintain and grow assigned Dealer marketing and customer attainment and retention goals. Translate reporting insights into clear, actionable guidance for dealers to improve targeting, segmentation and engagement Maintain accurate and detailed dealer records, including communications, campaign activity, and performance tracking with CRM tool Review and approve dealer communications to ensure brand alignment, quality standards, and program compliance. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS Education/Knowledge: Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in Marketing/Communications and 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and customer service.
