**Overview:** The Associate Media Buyer - Recruitment Marketing is responsible for supporting the execution of digital media campaigns across various paid advertising platforms to drive talent attraction initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with content and creative teams, analyze campaign metrics, and optimize performance to ensure successful campaigns. **Responsibilities:** • Support the execution of digital media campaigns across multiple paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals • Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target • Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed • Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders • Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA • Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction • *Qualifications:** • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships • Experience managing or supporting paid digital media campaigns preferred • Experience working with Recruitment or talent acquisition marketing campaigns preferred • Takes ownership and follows through without constant direction • Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions • Open to feedback and applies it quickly • Balances speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment • *Benefits:** • Competitive annual salary range: $55,000.00 - $71,000.00 • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options • Equal employment opportunities and a commitment to diversity and inclusion
