Associate Media Buyer - Recruitment Marketing

**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Associate Media Buyer to support our Recruitment Marketing team in executing digital media campaigns across various paid advertising platforms. As an Associate Media Buyer, you will play a critical role in supporting talent attraction initiatives by analyzing campaign metrics, optimizing performance, and preparing reports for stakeholders. **Responsibilities:** • Support the execution of digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals • Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target • Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed • Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders • Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA • Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction • *Qualifications:** • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships • Experience managing or supporting paid digital media campaigns preferred • Experience working with Recruitment or talent acquisition marketing campaigns preferred • Takes ownership and follows through without constant direction • Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions • Open to feedback and applies it quickly • Balances speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment • *Benefits:** • Competitive annual salary range of $55,000.00 to $71,000.00 • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company • Fully remote work environment with a home office requirements (reliable high-speed internet service, minimum 25 Mpbs download speeds/50 Mpbs for shared internet connectivity, and minimum 5 Mpbs upload speeds)
