**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Associate Media Buyer to support our Recruitment Marketing efforts. As an Associate Media Buyer, you will play a crucial role in executing digital media campaigns across various paid advertising platforms to attract top talent. You will collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals and analyze campaign metrics to optimize performance. **Responsibilities:** • Support the execution of digital media campaigns across various paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals • Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target • Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed • Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders • Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA • Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction • *Qualifications:** • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships • Experience managing or supporting paid digital media campaigns preferred • Experience working with Recruitment or talent acquisition marketing campaigns preferred • Takes ownership and follows through without constant direction • Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions • Open to feedback and applies it quickly • Balances speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment • *Benefits:** • Competitive salary range: $55,000.00 - $71,000.00 • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment • Flexible remote work arrangements, with a home office requirement • Maximum salary may vary based on contract value and job duties • Reasonable accommodations provided for individuals requiring assistance due to a disability, medical condition, or physical or mental impairment
