**Overview:** As an Associate Media Buyer - Recruitment Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of digital media campaigns across various paid advertising platforms to attract top talent. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign goals are met, analyze campaign metrics, and optimize performance to drive results. **Responsibilities:** • Support the execution of digital media campaigns across paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals • Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target • Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed • Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders • Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA • Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction • *Qualifications:** • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships • Experience managing or supporting paid digital media campaigns preferred • Experience working with Recruitment or talent acquisition marketing campaigns preferred • Takes ownership and follows through without constant direction • Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions • Open to feedback and applies it quickly • Balances speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment • *Benefits:** • Competitive salary range: $55,000.00 - $71,000.00 • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company • Flexible remote work arrangement with a home office requirement • Equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
