Associate Media Buyer - Recruitment Marketing

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Media Buyer to support the execution of digital media campaigns across various paid advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive talent attraction initiatives. **Responsibilities:** • Support the execution of digital media campaigns across paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals • Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target • Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed • Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders • Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA • Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction • *Qualifications:** • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships • Experience managing or supporting paid digital media campaigns preferred • Experience working with Recruitment or talent acquisition marketing campaigns preferred • Takes ownership and follows through without constant direction • Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions • Open to feedback and applies it quickly • Balances speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment • *Benefits:** • Competitive salary range: $55,000.00 - $71,000.00 • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the talent acquisition industry • Flexible remote work arrangement • Professional development opportunities • A culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion
