**Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Media Buyer to support the execution of digital media campaigns across various paid advertising platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize media strategies, manage budgets, and drive campaign performance. **Responsibilities:** • Support the execution of digital media campaigns across paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic vendors to support talent attraction initiatives • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals • Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target • Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed • Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders • Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA • Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction • *Qualifications:** • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships • Experience managing or supporting paid digital media campaigns preferred • Experience working with Recruitment or talent acquisition marketing campaigns preferred • Takes ownership and follows through without constant direction • Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions • Open to feedback and applies it quickly • Balances speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment • *Benefits:** • Competitive salary ranging from $55,000.00 to $71,000.00 per year • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off • Opportunities for professional growth and development in a fast-paced and dynamic industry • A supportive and inclusive work environment with a focus on employee well-being and satisfaction • Flexible remote work arrangements and a home office setup • Reasonable accommodations provided for individuals requiring assistance due to a disability, medical condition, or physical or mental impairment
