Associate Media Buyer - Recruitment Marketing

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Media Buyer to support the execution of digital media campaigns across various paid advertising platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals, analyze campaign metrics, and optimize performance to achieve desired results. **Responsibilities:** • Support the execution of digital media campaigns across a variety of paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic vendors, to support talent attraction initiatives • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals • Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target • Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed • Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders • Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA • Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction • *Qualifications:** • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships • Experience managing or supporting paid digital media campaigns preferred • Experience working with Recruitment or talent acquisition marketing campaigns preferred • Takes ownership and follows through without constant direction • Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions • Open to feedback and applies it quickly • Balances speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment • *Benefits:** • Competitive salary range: $55,000.00 - $71,000.00 • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the recruitment marketing industry • Flexible remote work arrangement • Professional development opportunities to enhance skills and expertise
