Associate Media Buyer - Recruitment Marketing

**Overview:** As an Associate Media Buyer in our Recruitment Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of digital media campaigns across various paid advertising platforms. You will work closely with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals. **Responsibilities:** • Support the execution of digital media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic vendors, and other platforms to support talent attraction initiatives • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals • Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target • Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed • Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders • Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA • Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction • *Qualifications:** • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships • Experience managing or supporting paid digital media campaigns preferred • Experience working with Recruitment or talent acquisition marketing campaigns preferred • Takes ownership and follows through without constant direction • Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions • Open to feedback and applies it quickly • Balances speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment • *Benefits:** • Competitive salary range: $55,000.00 - $71,000.00 • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Flexible, remote work environment with a home office requirement • Equal opportunity employer with a commitment to diversity and inclusion • Reasonable accommodations provided for individuals requiring assistance during the employment process due to a disability, medical condition, or physical or mental impairment
