Associate Paid Search Specialist

SUMMARY

The Associate Paid Search Specialist is responsible for executing effective paid search strategies across the agency's client base. This individual possesses experience in campaign management and paid search strategy, having hands-on experience with search platforms such as Google, Bing, YouTube, and Amazon. They excel in quality assurance of search campaigns, are familiar with emerging search trends and partnerships, and ideally have experience working within an agency environment.

KEY OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Outcome: Paid Search Campaign Execution

Key Responsibilities:

Manage assigned existing paid search campaigns on a day-to-day basisCollaborate with senior resources to optimize campaigns based on performance goals and the measurement frameworkDocument changes and learnings to improve campaign performance

Key Outcome: Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assurance for paid search campaigns for a select set of clients, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail

Key Outcome: Grow and Learn

Key Responsibilities:

Actively learn and contribute to keyword analysis, craft compelling ad copy, and analyze, review, and report on campaign performance to maximize results.Stay updated on paid search best practices, bid management systems, and industry researchTake responsibility for maintaining up-to-date process documentationAssist senior resources in establishing organization-wide paid search best practices, guidelines, objectives, and documented regulationsSeek opportunities to contribute to thought leadership materials such as blog posts, white papers, and speaking engagements

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or equivalent work experience.EXPERIENCE –Minimum of 2 years of experience managing campaigns in the paid search ecosystemExposure to strategic planning and experience in executing plansProven track record of operating with high integrity, commitment, and enthusiasm for roles with cross-functional commitments

COMPENSATION

Butler/Till is committed to providing pay transparency of our compensation philosophy and ensuring equitable pay practices for our employee owners. The compensation range for this position is $45,000 – $54,000 and represents the annual salary range in Rochester, NY. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
