As a Product Counsel on the Display and YouTube Ads Legal team, you will navigate the legal landscape of our global digital advertising products. Learn more about benefits at Google . Act as the lead product counsel for new and existing Display Ads products, features, and policies, providing legal advice to product management, engineering, business, user experience, communications, ads privacy and safety (APAS) and other cross-functional teams.Advise product and engineering teams on global regulations across privacy, competition, content, and kids regulations, including GDPR and US State privacy laws, DMA, DSA, AIA, and evolving AdTech regulations.Develop and maintain legal strategy for advertising practices related to user data, ads personalization, and evolving consent and transparency frameworks, ensuring adherence to Google policies and privacy controls.Develop and maintain legal strategy for competition inquiries and restrictions, including supporting the on-going global AdTech matters.Partner with legal and regulatory affairs teams to prepare responses and defenses for regulatory inquiries and legal challenges in major markets (e.g., global competition issues).
