AT&T Brand Associate Responsibilities • Deliver a captivating customer experience in a business setting when customers are looking to immerse themselves in the latest services offered by our client by actively listening and engaging is services available to them • Establish rapport with customers by educating them of what is available directly to them that helps our clients increase their ROI and our customers decrease their spend • Assist our customers needs by servicing them with the right solutions and only upselling when applicable • Be a part of a customer's full experience from the start of the initial education and service quote to the end of the full sales cycle which includes device in hand • Learn how to manage multiple customer accounts at a time to be efficient in daily work flow • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business initiatives • Help monitor and report on key performance metrics for effective management AT&T Brand Associate Qualifications • High school diploma or GED required.
