AT&T Brand Marketing Representative

We represent one of the most renowned telecommunications clients across the globe and need some additional firepower on our Brand Marketing team, including our main Client AT&T! Our main focus is to promote an employee and business-centric organization where everyone feels empowered to make decisions. We strive to encourage and motivate our Brand Marketing Representatives by assisting them in achieving that next level of success that they could only imagine. Brand Marketing Representative Responsibilities: • Resolve customer questions and concerns by providing accurate and reliable information using given tools and training • Build brand recognition through business transactions, lead generation, and experiential marketing • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies in order to design and maintain a favorable public image for clients • Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned campaign strategies • Report directly to the Account Management and sales team with feedback and results to drive revenue and sales • Aid efforts of customer acquisition, retention, and increased sales margins by cultivating an exemplary consumer experience • Develop comprehensive knowledge of all our client’s products, services, and any deals or sales promotions Brand Marketing Representative Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field • Experience as a brand marketing representative, sales associate, or client consultant preferred • Must be able to work full-time hours and occasional weekends • Adapt well to change, both in sales mentality and work hours • Self-starter with the ability to shine in unsupervised individual tasks as well as team projects • A friendly, outgoing, professional, and confident demeanor • Sales machine with a basic understanding of the sales process and finalizing deals
