What You’ll Do as an AT&T Client Assistant:
• Respond to client questions with regards to AT&T's product and service offerings including rate plans, billing, sales and account features with clarity and professionalism.
• Escalate complicated service issues or requests to senior or technical team members for quick, quality resolutions.
• Record client interactions, service actions, and feedback in CRM tools to keep information organized and transparent.
• Support service changes such as upgrades, renewals and plan adjustments, ensuring smooth sales transitions.
• Establish a broad understanding of services to appropriately recommend solutions based on need.
• Cooperate with sales, operations, and fellow team members to coordinate on client expectations and improve overall campaign performance metrics.
