As an AT&T Retail Sales Representative, you will engage directly with customers, providing product knowledge and personalized solutions. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy customer interactions, sales, and helping people find the right technology solutions.
Core Functions of an AT&T Retail Sales Representative:
• Build rapport with customers in retail stores, acting as a trusted advisor to guide them toward AT&T’s product or service that fits their lifestyle.
• Support the sales team in creating plans that ensure our clients maintain a leading edge in the marketplace.
• Work closely with other AT&T Retail Sales Representatives to cultivate growth and innovation in hitting individual and team sales quota.
• Polish strategies through market analysis and assessing frequent customer feedback.
• Connect with potential customers face-to-face, identifying their unique needs and introducing them to products and services.
• Continue to uphold our culture of camaraderie and team collaboration by maintaining a positive working relationship with all team members.
Core Skills and Qualifications of an AT&T Retail Sales Representative:
• Education: High school graduate or equivalent secondary education.
• Experience: No prior sales experience required. Background or training in customer service, retail, hospitality, or team-based environments is a plus.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly.
• Mindset: A positive, coachable attitude.
• Reliability: Showcase strong work-ethic and integrity.
