What You’ll Do As An AT&T Wireless Representative

Represent the AT&T campaign and promote wireless products and services.
Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right AT&T solutions.
Explain wireless plans, products, pricing, promotions, and features.
Build relationships with customers while creating new sales opportunities.
Guide customers through the sales process and assist with account setup.
Follow up with customers and potential customers when needed.
Stay updated on AT&T products, services, and promotions.
Work toward individual and team sales goals.

What We’re Looking For In An AT&T Wireless Representative

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and people skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers.
Positive, outgoing personality.
Motivated by goals and sales.
Reliable and professional.
Willing to learn and take coaching.
Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $4,100.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
