Auction & Development Events Coordinator

As part of the Development Office team and in collaboration with Alumni Programs, Marketing and Communications, and parent volunteers, the coordinator ensures that all events run smoothly, that individual event timelines are realistically set and supported, and that event expenses are within budget. * Motivate and support the work of volunteer event committees and staff. **_Auction_** * In collaboration with and at the direction of the Annual & Major Gifts Officer recruit, motivate, and lead the work of auction committee parent volunteers. * Under the strategic direction of the Director of Development, collaborate with the Annual & Major Gifts Officer to integrate the annual OES Auction into a comprehensive annual giving program (operating funds). * Perform additional duties as assigned.
