Nordweg in Austin, Texas, seeks a Creative Strategist & Media Buyer to own how our ads sell by testing angles, structure, imagery and messaging until ROAS targets are met. You start with our library of photos/videos and create tested variations by reformatting and editing.
This is a full-time W-2 role in the office. Base salary is $60,000 to $70,000 plus a quarterly bonus tied to ad results; start mid-November.
