Auto Installation Technician

Cargo Beam is a digital out-of-home advertising display device that can be mounted on the top of a vehicle, turning any car into a mobile billboard. The Auto Installation Technician is responsible for wiring, installing, and servicing the advertising display on vehicles. Responsibilities \\- Install and service hardware for cars \\- Ensure an excellent customer experience \\- Perform manual testing procedures against software and hardware \\- Communicate installation status and troubleshooting results with the lead \\- Positive relationship management to handle client appointments, provide technical advice and assistance, and sell additional products \\- Preferred: ASE/MESA/MESP certification \\- Other duties assigned Minimum Requirements \\- High School Diploma or GED \\- 2 year of vehicle service and repair experience \\- 2 year of customer service experience preferred \\- Experience with installing car amps or A/B video equipment \\- Basic electrical knowledge (comfortable using batteries and power supplies) \\- Familiar with wiring car electronics \\- Tools will be provided \\- Fast learner, and can work in a fast-paced environment \\- Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English preferred \\- All applicants must pass pre-employment screenings that include: background check, DOT physical or be DOT certified, DOT drug test, and complete a driving record check About Us Cargo is an equal opportunity employer and enthusiastically encourages people from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences to apply.
