We are a family-run shop searching for an experienced service advisor to provide the customer with an exceptional service experience. Ideal candidate knows service inside and out and would like to move up to management. • Create a repair order with all necessary vehicle and customer information in accordance with California Bureau of Automotive Repair service and repair standards. • Advise customer of all needed maintenance and repair items in accordance with dealer and manufacturer standards to ensure the safety and reliability of the customer's vehicle. • Order parts based on reliability and cost • Communicate with fellow employees (parts personnel, technicians, etc.)
