I'm looking to fill a combination type position which would include partial shop management help, and part mechanic help. This kind of position perfectly suits people who are into the service advising/shop management side of things, but are not fully equipped, full time technicians, as well as people who are full time technicians, but would like the opportunity to work up front some more in unison with still working on vehicles. We are a Valley Wide automotive operation of 7 locations known for our fast and complete scheduling and turnaround times, as well as out flexibility to handle repairs that most shops won't or can't touch these days. The pay is structured as a base salary that will cover managerial and assistant work, and we also set you up on technician pay, so any work you turn on cars, gets added on top of the salary. It also isn't uncommon to get some bonuses thrown in there for work well done.
