You will develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the area. Furthermore, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, data science, sales, marketing, and external partners to build world-class products that deliver value for both advertisers and Reddit users. As a member of a critical Ads team and an important product area impacting the full funnel, you will be required to own long-term vision and strategy for Recommendations (including Reddit's version of Opti-Score), aligning it with broader business goals and market trends around ads recommendations in the industry.
