Oversee and train the parts and accessories personnel in all aspects of their job expectations to ensure productivity and job satisfaction. Adequately plan so the requirements and goals of the service department are achieved. Estimate the expected time for receipt of back ordered parts, be realistic and clearly convey the time required to the customer.
