Larry H. Miller Downtown Toyota is seeking a Manager to oversee our Service department Business development center. This is a vital and very important roll in the success of service department operations. Dealership/CDK experience preferred. Several necessary qualifications would include; superior customer service skills, ability to multi-task, handle multiple phone lines, parts ordering, supply ordering, business development through strategic marketing and advertising... these are just a few qualities we are looking for. You should have a minimum of 2 years working in a fast paced customer service oriented position, and be proficient in Microsoft office suite.
