Collaborate with Paid Media, Analytics, and Marketing Platform teams to understand business needs to bring new ways to reach and engage with their target consumers Work with paid media leads to evolve media buying activities, and balance new projects with their day-to-day workloads Coordinate discovery with new innovative vendors and ad tech partners; hosting cross-department meetings to learn about new vendors and capabilities Partner with sourcing, legal, supplier management, and finance teams on new vendor onboarding, risk assessments, contracts, and renewalsFrequently review leading industry news subscriptions, communicating key updates to the enterprise Build presentations for senior leadership that outline our Ad Tech capabilities, industry trends, and digital roadmapsSupport media channel teams with vendor management, assisting negotiations for JBP agreements and relationship check-insPrioritize projects to balance innovation while always ensuring the teams are baseline activity is best in class Support the Paid Media billing process and forecasting; improving communication and visibility with client marketing teamsMaintain key marketing subscriptions, manage renewals and oversee all usage reporting, including progress against JBP targetsEvaluate opportunities for AI throughout the org and support AI and Model review processesManage user access for the Media Team across internal systems and media platformsAssist with operational process documentation and training for stakeholdersPerform other duties and/or special projects as assigned Experience building and maintaining dashboards across excel and/or TableauWorking knowledge of ad tech platforms and tools (i.e. Google Marketing Platform, DV360, DoubleVerify, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, LiveRamp, or similar) Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required 3+ years experience in an agency environment Familiarity with the governance and process requirements of a financial companyExperience working strategically with media vendors in a digital marketing capacities Very organized, exceptional attention to detail, project tracking and follow-through Ability to navigate a highly-matrixed organization, coordinating between multiple stakeholdersExperience communicating with legal and finance stakeholders with limited paid media backgroundsExcellent time management skills and ability to prioritize to deliver against deadlines Solution oriented and self-directed with experience creating and owning strategic plansProactive with initiative to respond to requests quickly and resolve stakeholder needsAbility to determine solutions for new problems presented to the organizationProficient with Powerpoint, creating presentations for senior leadership We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
