Due to the expansion of our team in the Colorado market, we are actively seeking an adaptable, people focused, and driven B2B Account Manager Trannie who is ready to launch their career in client management and B2B sales. B2B Account Manager Trainee Duties: • Facilitate business to business sales strategies on behalf of AT&T with the goal of enrolling new customers into long term service agreements • Learn how to identify opportunities to upsell new and existing customers • Learn the ins and outs of AT&T‘s B2B telecommunications and how to correlate business needs with what AT&T offers • Keep customers happy by effectively addressing questions and concerns and resolving issues proactively • Document key insights, sales, activity, and performance metrics to drive strategy and business expansion • Work alongside fellow trainees to deliver steady, high-quality service that matches both our firm’s and AT&T‘s standards B2B Account Manager Trainee Qualifications • Completed college coursework in Business, Management, Account Management or similar field preferred but not required • The ability to multitask in a fast paced environment with potential business clients • The ability to work along and with fellow team members or independently • A comfortability in a leadership, management or mentorship role preferred • Proficient verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to unexpected challenges • Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, food service, or similar customer facing role is preferred but not required What we Offer: • Competitive pay with various bonus opportunities • Continuous hands-on training • A positive work environment • Company paid event and trips • All major holidays off Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities • Performance bonus
