The AD Leaf Marketing Firm is looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Marketing Consultant who has a proven track record of prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business. This is not an order-taking position. We're looking for a true hunter who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, and earning uncapped commissions.

This is a full-time, in-office position located in Orlando, Florida.

What You'll Do

As a Sales & Marketing Consultant, you'll own the complete sales process from prospecting through closing while helping business owners grow through customized marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
Conduct 100-150 outbound prospecting calls per day to secure qualified appointments.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including: Prospecting, Discovery meetings, Marketing consultations, Proposal presentations, Contract negotiation and Closing.
Develop customized marketing strategies for small and medium-sized businesses.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using our CRM.
Deliver 4-6 customized proposals each week.
Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals.
Collaborate with executive leadership to develop winning sales strategies.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation.

What We're Looking For

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys winning new business and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience
Proven history of exceeding sales quotas and KPIs
Experience managing a complete sales cycle independently
Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Ability to work full-time from our Orlando, FL office

Preferred Experience

Digital marketing, advertising, SaaS, technology, or professional services sales
Experience selling recurring monthly services or retainers
Experience presenting to business owners and executive decision-makers
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, social media advertising, websites, AI marketing, or branding solutions

Performance Expectations

You'll be expected to:

Complete outbound calls daily
Schedule consistent qualified appointments
Present 4-6 proposals each week
Build and maintain an active sales pipeline
Consistently achieve monthly revenue goals
Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasting

Compensation & Benefits

Full Compensation Range: $35,000-$70,000 annually (based on experience & performanc e)
