Additional responsibilities will include promoting brand awareness, marketing, attending meetings/events, networking, and mapping potential customers. • Solid understanding of guest service. • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and an understanding of and ability to implement a team approach in the bakery. • Provide team member training according to company guidelines and cross-train employees. • Maintain the safety and security of the bakery and the team.
