This means you will be scheduled for actual shifts in either the store, market locations, or kitchen on some days, while other days you will be asked to monitor staff or inventory, deliver orders or other fun details of a small business. be able to work alone or as a team After training, we plan to have our manager on a set schedule, but you will also be covering days off, vacations and sick calls for our small staff...so every week will be exciting and different. We are a small staff of 12. Team work and an open mind are a must.
