General Description: The Director of Bakery / Deli is primarily responsible for all aspects of building sales and profit contributions of the bakery / deli division. • Maintains ongoing communication with store management and Store Support Center personnel regarding all phases of bakery / deli operations. • Responsible for development of product lines, maintaining quality, cost control, and department sanitation procedures. • Develops the merchandising plan and department layout recommendations for stores. • Experience with development of order guides and inventory procedures.
