General Description: The Director of Bakery / Deli is primarily responsible for all aspects of building sales and profit contributions of the bakery / deli division. • Responsible for development of product lines, maintaining quality, cost control, and department sanitation procedures. • Develops the merchandising plan and department layout recommendations for stores. • Prior retail supervisory experience with a multi-store supermarket chain or division level bakery / deli management is required. • Strong in verbal and written communications skills.
