Additionally, this self-starter should have a passion for growth and entrepreneurial ownership, looking to make the next step in their career during this exciting time in Ballyhoo Mediaʼs supercharged growth!WHAT YOU WILL DO:Design impactful sales collateral using a mix of Adobe software, mainly utilizing PhotoshopUnderstand the external brand identities of companies we’re working with and integrate visual elements into mock-ups, renderings, and marketing materialsCreate or assist in the production of one-sheets, infographics, presentation decks, and other digital projectsCompile research on markets and events to create information-based decks and materialsParticipate in client meetings, creative discussions, strategy discussions, and development of campaignsCollaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer, Sales Team, and other co-workers to come up with fresh and creative ideas that meet or elevate the goals of the Marketing departmentTrack campaigns and work closely with Sales and Marketing to keep accurate records of what needs to be created and maintain your schedule with appropriate deadlines.Effectively work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure each meets “Ballyhoo Standards” and client needs.Help build workflows and maintain file systems that store creative assets.SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS1 - 3+ years of relevant graphic design experience (agency experience preferred; marketing background a plus)Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign, is requiredEducation or experience in Marketing or related fieldsKnowledgeable in all areas of design, brand identity, promotion, and communication in developing outward-facing sales collateral.A digital portfolio demonstrating past B2B marketing experience or related workAre curious, ambitious, entrepreneurial, thorough, relentless and committed.’Excellent writing, editing, research and presentation skills.Collaborate with managers, peers and designers to develop compelling content and creative products.Manage timelines, budgets, and personnel for a fast-paced office in highly organized and efficient fashion.Communicate professionally with clients, media and other external audiences.Meet simultaneous deadlines, troubleshoot and manage multiple projects at once.WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?An opportunity to creatively produce your work year-round, with consistent pay and benefitsQuick Growth Opportunity to advance your marketing careerTrain and collaborate with a team of marketing specialists and graphic designersCollaborate on the creation of content that will be viewed by millions of people on our digital billboards and at our eventsProvided equipment and technology, including a Macbook Pro, dual monitors, Adobe Suite, and more!Share our passion for exploring the waterways of Miami and Ft.
