Digital Lab Banner Ad Specialist is part of Digital Lab Banner team and will be responsible for supporting and creating iterative banner content for US Commercial marketing teams. Responsibilities include: • Create iterative banner content for A/B tests using the Digital Lab banner platform and technologies, by leveraging existing banners, cloning the existing banners, and building test and learn content to improve our engagement rates. • Proficient in using graphic design tools, media, and/or technologies to create and iterate from a single concept or asset • Experience collaborating with teams to gather feedback and manage design projects that involve multiple iterations and refinements • Update banner inventory for brands to support an enterprise view of all the types of banners and recommend if a new enterprise banner template should be created for all brands to leverage. Qualifications: • 1 year of experience of Banner Marketing Experience creating, building and executing banners • 1+ years of experience with design software and technologies (InDesign, Figma, Photoshop, artificial intelligence, or other facsimile). • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
