PURPOSE The Food & Beverage Banquet Captain is responsible for supporting the ongoing coordination, execution of banquets, and leading a team of servers in special events and tribal events while maintaining a high level of guest service. • Lead a team of servers on event days – including assigning sections, expediting when needed, ensuring the team is operating cohesively, and assisting in training of new team members. • At least three (3) years in Food and Beverage, with two (2) years banquet or event planning experience; or • Equivalent combination of education and experience.
