Dive Bar LIC We are searching for a leader with 4+ years of progressive bar management experience in a busy bar; 7+ years in the hospitality industry. Candidates must have experience leading a dynamic team of over 25 employee - driven and systems-oriented environment. Oversees maintenance and upkeep of the dining areas, kitchen, and exterior grounds of the bar; scheduling of staff; Director /GM will be in charge of making decisions regarding the menu; budgeting, accounting, payroll, and other financial matters; promoting and advertising of the bar; and dealing with the legal and regulatory issues involved in running a business. As a bar manager, you will likely to be on the premises much of the time, particularly during busy dining times or busy seasons. Will be working in conjunction with the GM and Director.
