We are searching for a leader with 4+ years of progressive bar management experience. Strong communication skills, proficiency in relevant software, strong financial knowledge, and robust knowledge of spirits / beer required. This is for an open format concept, new opened, but experienced operators. The Manager is responsible for overseeing all of the bar's operations, which includes hiring and firing staff, purchasing food, liquor, supplies and equipment, and dealing with suppliers and vendors. The BM also oversees maintenance and upkeep of the dining areas, kitchen, and exterior grounds of the restaurant; scheduling of staff; decisions regarding the menu; budgeting, promoting and advertising the restaurant; The Bar Manager is likely to be on the floor much of the time, particularly during busy times or busy seasons.
