What We Look For In You • 3-5 years of experience in ad operations, campaign management, or paid media execution. • Strong understanding of campaign pacing, delivery mechanisms, targeting, bidding strategies, placements, and conversion tracking. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
