We are looking for exceptional people with work ethic, drive and integrity who have a proven track record in quality bathroom remodeling installations. We are committed to compensate a team very well for doing exceptional bathroom installations & project management with generous commissions and incentives. We have sales reps and installers living literally in all four corners of the metroplex and well beyond at our different branches; therefore, we have set up the administration of our business primarily as a virtual/cloud-based office using iPads and Customer Relationship Management software to file all our paperwork. Oh yeah, and our installer and subcontractors really love working with us too (Some of which have been with us for over a decade); because we are committed to treating them fair and most of all, because we always pay them on time through bank drafts that hit their bank accounts every Friday morning without having to take them away from their jobs. Generally ranging between $70-130k per year.
