**_This class will be based out of Best Buy Health's San Antonio, Texas location. We use a consultative sales approach, ensuring that our team listens closely to make the best recommendation for products, plans, and value-added services that can sometimes even save a customer’s life. **ABOUT THE TEAM** At Best Buy Health our mission is to help enrich and save lives through technology and meaningful connections. This is a 100% inbound sales environment, so potential customers come directly to the team from media and advertising. **RESPONSIBILITES** * Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from existing and/or new customers, providing them with relevant, accurate information on products and services * Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions * Maintain customer focus by listening actively and maintaining composure * Present and sell new products and additional value- added services to both new and existing customers, including processing sales orders * Activate new lines of service for devices purchased through retail partners * Maintain performance based on goals and objectives **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** * High school diploma or GED * 1 year of sales experience * Beginner level proficiency with general computer navigation skills and Microsoft Office **PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience meeting and/or exceeding sales quotas
