Good Assistant Property Managers are highly organized and meticulous, able to coordinate a range of details including financial information, tenant background checks and maintenance issues. Because a significant part of an Assistant Property Manager’s job involves fielding complaints from tenants, good Assistant Property Managers are also calm, patient, focused and friendly so that they can maintain positive relationships with the occupants of each building.
