Assures that all prospects, residents and employees are treated with respect and courtesy, and in keeping with Company Policies, and Fair Housing, and/or Labor Laws. Forwards these statistics with recommendations to the Regional Manager for rent or advertising changes. Performs any other duties as directed by Regional Manager. At all times displays highest levels of conduct, dress, appearance and company loyalty and assures the same of employees under direct supervision.
