Schedule is part-time (20 hours per week). • Identify new opportunities to grow the business (eg, DIY mode, offering additional products, creating Kits, etc) • Consider beauty schools that can use our hair for training, and we can maintain relationship with students to offer our hair when they begin selling • Enhance our social media outreach and “Following” so as to increase brand awareness (eg, online strategies, influencers, reviewing/ managing posts). • Work with partners with any marketing-related aspects (influencers, social media posts, ads in Instagram, etc.) Provide organized file to Accounting of sales activities • When taking orders, confirm that products are in stock, and organize/ship out products accordingly REQUIREMENTS • Experience in the Beauty Industry - preferably with hair extensions. • Efficient with very good organization skills, and ability to multi-task • Punctual and strong work ethic
