As a bid clerk you would be responsible for providing administrative support to the Preconstruction Services Department in the preconstruction phases of a project. The clerk will assist the Estimators with prequalification of trade contractors and vendors, while simultaneously updating the database used in solicitation and outreach of bid proposals. This role performs other job related clerical duties to support the department's needs and may occasionally work as a back-up bid clerk, or administrative support depending on the work load.
