We are looking to hire a Leasing Agent for a 200 unit community located in North Houston, TX by Greens Rd area. This position requires at least 1 or more years of Leasing experience in conventional apartment homes. Essential Duties: - Leasing apartments to maintain occupancy and collections - Demonstrate community and apartment/model and apply product knowledge to clients needs by communicating the features and benefits - Stand up, greet, qualify and "close" prospects - Verify application and process paperwork - Advertising available properties and conducting property tours as part of marketing activities. - Screening prospective tenants to ensure they meet eligibility requirements.
